Standard KYC documents include a clear photograph of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport, a selfie holding your ID card next to your face, and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) issued within the last three months. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until compliance is achieved.

jez188 reserves the right to request additional verification, investigate account activity, or delay withdrawals if we suspect money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or other violations of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, we may withhold withdrawals pending completion of our investigation. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your jez188 Account; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
All bonuses offered by jez188, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards, are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in the promotional terms displayed at the time of offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) that must be fulfilled before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount, varying by promotion type.

All content on the jez188 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, text, images, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of jez188 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jez188 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within 30 days, after which unclaimed funds may be forfeited. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and jez188. If such negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Curacao Gaming Control Board. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.
